PLOT
It's a crime thriller about a single mother and her daughter who commit a crime and a neighbor who helps them cover it up. The movie is based on the Japanese novel "The Devotion of Suspect X " by Keigo Higashino.
Stellar performances by Jaideep Ahlawat and Kareena Kapoor Khan along with a well-crafted narrative and a charming location have helped to make a gripping thriller movie.
A somewhat sluggish story has been compensated by superb acting and fast paced last forty minutes of the movie.
